Plot

The film is set in 2035 in America. Robots are part of our everyday life One day, the　developer of a robot dies when a new robot was going to be shipped . The police take it as suicide, but Del Spooner (Will Smith) was not convinced. So he investigates it and he catches a robot “Sonny” (Alan Tudyk), witch has the feelings at a human being, but ...

Impression

Good points

I think that anyone can enjoy this movie, specifically if they like science fiction. I was able to enjoy the showy action scenes. The CG technology was solid. This movie interpreted the last scene in various ways and thought that it was interesting.

Bad points

I thought this movie was predictable, so I felt it was slightly boring. I thought that some designs of the robot were weird. I thought that it was a work that you should not expect too much from.

Summary

I think that it is a movie enjoy passably, but  I suggest you be relaxed without expecting too much.

This movie came out in 1998 and it was directed by Harold Becker. The starring actors are Bruce Willis and Miko Hughes. The movie’s genre is   action/suspense.

Plot

Art Jeffries (Bruce Willis), is an FBI Agent and he is a specialist in undercover agent. One day he fails in an infiltration investigation of a bank robbery, and he is ordered by his boss to become an investigator in a general case. Then Simon Lynch (Miko Hughes), who was a child with autism, looked at a puzzle magazine, and he salved a certain puzzle and called the number that he knew in the puzzle from his house. It was related to "Mercury" which was a state secret. The puzzle was supposed to be undecipherable even by super computers, but it was decoded by him, so the organization was going to assassinate him and his parents. His parents are killed by the organization, but he was saved because he hid, and now Art will handle the case. It was thought that this case was a family suicide, but Art was in suspicious, and he discovers Simon who was hiding. Thereafter, Art knows that Simon is hunted by  the organization, and a desperate struggle to protect him begins.

Impression

I thought that the performance of the child who has autism was very splendid. My favorite scene is the last scene. I thought that their friendship was splendid. I was excited about this movie from beginning to end.

This movie came out in 1997 and it was directed by John Woo. This movie is one of his great success products. The starring actors  are John Travolta and Nicolas Cage. The movie’s genre is action.

                   

Plot

Sean Archer (John Trav olta), who was a FBI Special Agent , chased Castor Troy(Nicolas Cage) who was a terrorist. Sean had a personal grudge that his younger brother was murdered by Castor. Sean arrested Castor at last, but Castor set a bomb in Los Angeles. Castor is unconscious. Castor’s brother trusts only him. In this situation Sean cannot know the place of the bomb. Therefore it is suggested that Sean’s face be transfused into Castor. Sean was troubled, but agree. And Sean who became Castor entered the prison where Castor’s brother was. But Castor transplanted Sean’s face, and Castor appeared before Sean. Sean made up his mind to fight against Castor to regain his life and his face.

Impression

I think that the two totally different performances  played by each actor were splendid.I think that it is terrible that one’s face is taken over.The scene that I felt terrible is the scene where Castor transplanted Sean’s face.The scene that I like is the scene where they face each other across the mirror.
